Daily routine:
Add one tablet per 20L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
After heavier sessions:
Add one tablet per 10L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
Warnings:
Tablets produce heat. Do not place directly on skin. Do not sit on tablets while dissolving. Wait for tablets to fully dissolve before submerging into bath. Do not consume.
