Directions

Drop one tablet into 400mL of water. Wait 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved. Drink immediately for maximum hydrogen concentration.

Use: 1–3 tablets daily.

Best taken: Morning, pre-workout, post-training, during focused work sessions, or while travelling.
