Rod Garozzo is a well-respected Brisbane Pharmacist with over 40 years of experience in the Pharmacy industry. His passion for this industry began with his father who opened his first Pharmacy in 1956 in Blackwood St Mitchelton, a Pharmacy that Rod still owns and operates today.
Rod opened his first store in Arana Hills in 1980 and continues to own and operate with his business partner Karen Brown. Rod is the proud owner of additional Pharmacies in Samford and Keperra, all under the TerryWhite Chemmart banner. Rod is dedicated to and acts as a true leader within the industry as evidence by his creation of a successful wholesale operation in 1987, solely to support small community Pharmacies to improve their profitability. He has recently merged this venture with a larger Pharmacy group to ensure its ongoing sustainability and in turn, support to the industry.
He has a real passion to support the health & welfare of athletes in this new exciting venture Batch Tested.
At Batch Tested, it’s our mission to make sure no athlete gets a positive test result, due to a product or supplement. We do this by providing simplified access to HASTA certified, batch tested with HASTA or Informed Sport certified protein, supplements and electrolytes from trusted brands, to ensure every batch we sell is tested, certified and approved.
