Adults take 1 capsule per day with food.
Each capsule contains: Zinc amino acid chelat (Zinc 20mg ) 100mg. Zinc sulfate monohydrate (Zinc 25mg ) 68.6mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxin (Vitamin B6) 20mg) 24,3mg. Selenomethionine (selenium 26 micrograms) 65 micrograms.
