Athena Protein Water + Collagen is a blend of high quality Whey Protein Isolate, TENDOFORTE® Collagen and Digestive Enzymes to support your training recovery, available in two refreshing flavours.
When - Consume within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Also great as a refreshing drink any time of the day as a protein and collagen top up.
How - Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 300-400ml of cold water to a shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
